International Gender Justice Dialogue - Puerta Vallarta, Mexico, April 20-21st
The volcano in Iceland which has grounded flights throughout Europe has provided the International Gender Justice Dialogue with unforeseen challenges. Contingency plans had been developed for almost every imaginable scenario, yet the disruption caused by volcanic ash was not one that we had imagined.
In spite of this, the Dialogue is getting underway! Participants from Africa and Europe will, sadly, not be able to join us in Puerto Vallarta. However we hope to include their voices in other ways by encouraging them to send us their thoughts through our blog, Facebook page, email, YouTube, and other creative ways.
