Women In International Security and N-FLUX invite you to Next-Level Pure Power Self-Defense! N-FLUX will teach Krav Maga, an empowering class where you can learn the hand-to-hand combat system of the Israeli Defense Force. Building upon our last Pure Power session, you will solidify your foundation and be exposed to challenging new techniques. While this is not an introductory class, we encourage all experience levels to join us because learning self-defense is a great way to stay safe, be confident, and improve physical and mental strength. **Please wear athletic clothes and bring a water bottle and sweat towel. Hand wraps are highly encouraged but optional.
