Canada has long been at the forefront of military gender integration and remains a world leader. Women serve in all environments and can join any trade across the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). What is more, Canada is committed to increasing the proportion of women up to 25% of the total force by 2026.
But significant challenges remain including sexual harassment and the challenges of changing organizational culture for the better. Join our panelists for a stimulating discussion of how the CAF has engaged with this issue in the past, the work being done today to address harmful and inappropriate sexual behaviour and the opportunities to forge a more successful future.
This roundtable will be of interest to anyone who wants to encourage greater inclusivity in the workplace and foster an environment where everyone can succeed.
